Weekly Event Golf Series

Welcome to theTotalGolf18 Weekly Series where you will always find time to play a round of golf. TotalGolf18 hosts a regular series of golf events for its participants in the Charlotte area. We continue to expand the schedule of events each season. You should be able to find a day that makes playing golf the right decision.
We schedule all regular series weekday events for Thursday's with shotgun starts around 9:00-9:30am or tee times starting around 8:30-9:00am every week. We may play a Wednesday round or afternoon start from time to time. We have carefully designed the schedule to avoid any golf course maintenance and hope the addition of some new courses to the season rotation will give everyone a chance to find time to play at one of our weekly events.

You don't have to worry about Point Standings if you just want to play golf. You will find a great group of guys to play on Thursday's every week. EVENT SCHEDULE
TotalGolf18 events are designed for golfers to have fun and enjoy the company of other local players at the golf course. You will earn points based on participation in our weekly events and bonus points for special affiliated events which count towards your standing in the overall season series.
Weekly cash payouts and closest to the pin prize is provided each week through registration fees plus optional hole-in-one contest, "skins" and "team" games see below make our weekly series an even better opportunity to play more golf.
We will be scheduling 30 weekly events this season that will count towards the Championship Standings. Along with some of the best golf courses in the Charlotte area, we will be returning some new courses to the schedule of events. We will count all Point Totals towards your overall standing which gives everyone a chance to do well for the championship event.
We will have event fees for Regular Players and Senior Players. In most instances, the playing fee will be the same. Golf course rates have been steadily increasing over the years, but we have been working hard to provide a the best rate and good prizes each week to all our players to give more opportunities to play more golf throughout the season.
BRING YOUR OWN FOURSOME. You do not have to play in the regular event series to participate. Contact the Event Coordinator and bring your foursome to play. We will make sure to put you playing together. If you need a playing partner, you will find a great bunch of players and always find a game.
With shotgun starts or staggered tee times and favorable course set-ups, every participant can enjoy a round golf at Charlotte area golf courses without the hassle of trying to find people to play. You can participate in the point standings for a chance to earn an invitation to the CHAMPIONSHIP CUP, or just have fun playing golf with friends.
UPDATED 2024 Weekly Event Winners (All Events)
All participants registered to play with established Score Index and course adjustment are automatically entered to win Cash Payout for the weekly event. $2 from each participant event registration in the field PLUS an addtional $20 will be put into the Cash Payout for that week's event. There is a 50-30-20 split for the Top 3 low net scores. Event Coordinator reserves the right to adjust payouts based on ties. Certain restrictions apply for new players.
2024 Closest-To-The-Pin (All Events)
All participants registered to play regardless of course adjustment are automatically entered to win the CTP contest for each weekly event. Prize will be a $20 Cash for each event. There will be one hole used for CTP payout. All players will compete for CTP payout from designated tee box used for the event. Ball must be on putting surface to qualify for CTP. Event Coordinator will select hole and tee box for CTP contest prior to tee off day of the event.
$20 Cash Skins Game (Optional)
All participants regardless of course adjustment may participate in weekly skins game. All Super Seniors (70+) with a Score Index (Handicap) of 6 and under must play from the Senior Tees to be eligible for weekly skins game unless different tee box approved by the Event Coordinator. No carryover from week to week. If no skins are won, all entries will be refunded for that weekly skins game.
$5 Cash Team Game (Optional)
All participants regardless of course adjustment may participate in the weekly team game. All players will be assigned a number prior to the event. All participants will randomly select a player for the weekly event. Both net scores will be added together for combined total net score. There is a 50-30-20 split for the Top 3 low net totals. Event Coordinator reserves the right to adjust payouts based on ties for the Top 3 low net scores.
$5 Hole In One Pool (Optional)
All participants regardless of course adjustment may participate in the Hole In One pool. Participants pay $5 to enter the pool. All monies collected including overages from Skins Game and Team Game will be added to the pool payout. First verified hole in one in our weekly event wins the entire pool payout amount. A new pool payout will start the next weekly event with all participants paying $5 to re-enter the Hole In One pool. You must pay $5 to enter pool to be eligible to win pool payout. No exceptions.
